Last home standing

This is a piling home I built in 1997. As you can see, all the blow out walls are gone, leaving the exposed pilings. Robert called me a couple of weeks after the hurricane Ivan had passed and thanked me for building such a sturdy home.

"Thanks so much for building us a strong home. All my neighbors' homes were completely destroyed. We were the only family on our street with a home to come back to. "
