The Deluca residence

I designed and built this home on Pensacola beach for the Delucas in 2000. Since then it has weathered many hurricanes with nothing but cosmetic damage. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are on the top floor to take advantage of the best views. I cantelivered the top floor porch out to avoid the use of long spindly columns to hold it up.
