The green coating on the wall sheathing provides a secondary water resistive moisture barrier.  All joints are taped to reduce air infiltration.  This along with foam insulated walls make for a very high efficiency thermal envelope.  2x6 exterior walls add strength to the walls for hurricane winds resistance.  Concrete pilings add rigidity to the building in high winds.
